- Order Processing & Shipping
Once your order and payment are received, we will process and ship your school photos. Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on shipping carriers or other unforeseen factors. - Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products:
-Digital photos are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been made available for download.
-Printed photos are considered custom-made items that are produced specifically for you. As such, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for printed products - Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. We will work with you to correct the issue, which may include a replacement of the damaged or incorrect product at no additional cost. Please note that this does not apply to issues outside our control, such as delays caused by shipping carriers. - Agreement to Terms
